Very long wrap around driveway with ample parking

A security/damage deposit of $375 is due when booking. It will be returned within 7 days if no damage is found, or none of house rules are broken.

Portable crib located in second bedroom closet

Lockbox code with key will be given 24 hours prior to check-in time.  

Check-in is AFTER 3:00PM; Check-out is NO LATER than 11:00AM. Early check-in time of 8:00am on day of arrival is available for $100 with pre-approval. Late check-out time of 5:00pm on day of departure is available for $100 with pre-approval. Unapproved late check-outs will be charged the daily rate. Holding over shall be subject to a charge at double the daily rate.

We are available by text and email during stay,  during normal business hours

This new kitchen is fully stocked. kuirg and large pod Nespresso makers ( bring your own pods.  Water/ice dispenser built into fridge

Right off Hwy 4, Very easy access year round, close to grocery store and restaurants

Fully Screened in porch with a table and 4 chairs, 3 rocking chairs,  long driveway for excellent parking, propane grill for bbq, firepit (bring own wood and check with calfire for burn days) acre and a half for exploring

Smoke detectors in each room/ floor, Carbon monoxide detectors on each floor, first aid kit in laundryroom cabinet

Cable TV(Comcast), High speed wireless internet, 3 outdoor security cameras
